Why Can't I View Links to Pics?

It's the links to pics that don't work. When people have pics already posted with their comments, I see them just fine.

For example, when I click on links like these:

I get this message:

Hey John, Links to pics like those you referenced are blocked for "newbies" for 5 days and/or 5 posts. Check the FAQ section for a full explanation.
