I am pretty sure you have to use a host site like photobucket.

Georgia Girl and my son helped me sort it out. Still not an expert, but I've been successful a couple of times. ( Thanks GC.)

PROCEDURE TO DOWNLOAD IMAGES:

For the H-D Forums the size limit for .JPG Thumbnails is 1024 x 768.

To resize my JPG Images I used FASTONE.
- Select your Image location. In my case I selected a DOCUMENTS File of my bike.
- Select EDIT, and picked the image that I wanted to attach as a thumbnail to my REPLY to the thread.
- EDIT SIZE to fit the forum limits (Noted, 1024 x 768 max.)
- Save the image
- Attach it to your REPLY using the paperclip.

Dig around in here, many threads on posting pictures.

That's how I do it, upload to photobucket, select the pic, click the chain link icon, choose IMG and paste it in the post, that's on an ipad so it automatically copies the link to paste, laptop or desktop may just require you to highlight, copy and paste the IMG link

I'm sure there are other ways. Hope this helps.

Your picture is just fine.
They display small like that, but when others hover their mouse over it or click on it it will display the full size image.
