Default 2000 FXDWG engine vibrating more than it should

I have a early 2000 WideGlide and the twin cam motor vibrates way too much than it should. It vibrates so much that the horn cover is going nuts, and no its not loose. The front motor mount was broke so i hoped that was the problem but after replacing it the vibration is still there. I tried the "Alignment procedure" that the manual says to do and it didn't help either. I loosened the hex key bolts that hold the mount to the engine, not sure if those are the right bolts to loosen and then I ran the motor for a bit. After shutting down the bike i torque the 4 bolts down to spec. No Help! I then shimmed the front motor mount to push the motor back a little cause when i had no shims the motor wanted to pull back. Can someone please help me out?
