Hi from the UK and welcome to HDF. There is no simple answer to your first question, unless you can find a way of posting some photos of them. As for seals, you need the OD of the fork tube at the least, measured accurately with a caliper or micrometer.
You should be able to buy seals at a bearing supplier and if you can read what is moulded into the rubber seal, those details should ensure you get the correct replacements. There will be the brand plus a part number, which any decent supplier can match up for you.
