Ohlins FKC 101 questions
#11
I see that you bought the fork oil level tool, but just wanted to say for my 2012 Ultra Limited I filled up both forks to 80mm of Ohlin fork oil, which ended up being 300 ml per fork. Just curious if you know how much oil your forks took?
I have a set of "old style" JRI 13" model B's I bought from a friend used, that were originally bought from Howard. The rear shock upgrade was a dramatic improvement. If I were buying rear shocks, I'd buy a set of Ohlins from Howard. Iv'e enjoyed talking to him a few times.

I've heard good things about JRI but have no experience with them. I do have experience with Ohlins and Penske and am familiar with their products. There are many good shock companies but Ohlins seems to be the Benchmark. As with most things in life you get what you pay for... If you have the $$ it's worth the extra.
