Default Rear brake caliper

So got my new to me EGS home last night. During my ride home the rear bake would squeak during slow roll or pushing. Figured today I would check my pads since it's used, so I took my hard bag off and this is what I discovered now I am assuming there should be a bolt in that hole. So my question is, am I wrong? And if I'm not, would this cause a squeak or for the caliper to drag enough it would warp the rotor, as the rear brake has a slight pulse when stopping. Thanks for any help.

In this case, you want NO open holes my friend

Get another one, just like the other one...Hmm, sounds like a song lyric

You're missing the bolt/screw that the pads ride on. With out it, the pads are loose so they will vibrate/squeal when applied. You definitely need to get one and will probably need to replace the pads as well. No telling how long it's been missing and causing them to wear abnormally... And yes, sounds like you have a warped rotor as well.
