Default Softail Deluxe Brake Issue

Hi, new to site, Have brake issue with my bike. 2015 Deluxe, 1-1/2 yrs old. 10400 miles. Lost rear brake with no leaks or any known issue. Pedal goes to floor board and will not build pressure. Took to dealership and was told the caliper locked up and also caused uneven brake pad wear. Was told that dirt caused the caliper to lock up which caused the pads to wear uneven. New pads and a fluid flush of the system was recommended. Was told that this was not covered by warranty because this fell under routine maintenance. ANY ADVICE, thanks!

If you have ABS Brakes you probably need to bleed your ABS unit electronically. meaning, unless you have the computer you would have to take it to the dealer
