Breaking motor mount bolts 02 ultra

The two 3/8 bolts that hold the mount bracket to the engine case are breaking like mad. I've replaced the front mount and tried grade 8 and grade 5 bolts with lock nuts/threadlocker etc. I think they are backing off and then breaking when I hit a big bump, but who knows.
I have to tear apart the swingarm shortly to replace my drive belt so I'll see what the rear mount looks like. Anyone else have expirience with this and find a solution that works?I'm getting a bit tired of replacing bolts on the side of the road. Thanks

There must be a reason why its pulling up. How do the other mounts look, can you notice where it may be pulling away from the mount on the rear or top(do touring rigs have a 3rd mount at the top or just dynas?). There must be something putting stress on the mount causing it to pull up and out.

Is the bike stock or are there any stabilizers or something like that preventing side to side movement? I forget the name of them at the moment.

The front mount was changed not long ago and still looks good. I'll find out what the rear mount looks like when I get to replacing the drive belt. There is a factory stabilizer link up top,but no mount per say. No other aftermarket stabilizers. It doesn't pull up and away from the mount.when the bolts break, the engine sags down and the front pipe touches the footboard brackets.
