Wheel Weights
 

Walk outside today my wheel weights are laying on the ground, so it looks like double sided tape, can i just peel off the old, replace and place it back in the same position? Sounds to simple to me.

Sure you can.... but the following I wrote in another thread.
I had a wobble at 83+. Had five 1/4 oz balance weights on front wheel. Took the weights off and took wheel in for balancing.Told them about the wobble.Service gave back the wheel and said it was balanced perfectly without any weights..(and suggested other possibilities, not knowing that I had removed the weights previously) took bike up to 85 and no more wobble....check your wheel balance....
