Default Power vision won't power up

I bought the power vision last year to help with the heat in a 2011 ultra. Ran the tune. Let it auto tune. Removed it and put it in my safe. Been hot as hell here so decided to run it again. Plug it in to bike...both on bike side and power vision side. Nothing. Doing something wrong? Tried for and hour. Remember it being awful easy last time. What next?

Do you have the bike switched on?

Try plugging it into a USB port on your computer.... eliminate the bike as a possible problem..

Take it to your local Best Buy & plug it in to one.... just needs power from the computer, no software needed.

Make sure the PV is plugged into the correct connector which is the dataport under the left side cover (not the accessory plug), if it does not power up for some reason please contact us and we are more than happy to assist you. Also note that your PV unit is covered under warranty.
