Our big bore kits have just got bigger. We are now offering a FM 124 kit for 107" M8 engines as well as a FM 128 kit for 114" & 117" engines.

Our Fuel Moto 124" and 128" M8 bore kits are true bolt on combinations (no case boring required) and are sold as complete kits with the absolute highest quality components, all of which have been extensively tested in house both on the dynamometer as well as in real world conditions to deliver top level performance. We do not currently offer the FM 124/128 as just a piston cylinder kit, it is sold as a complete package. We do however offer M8 piston & cylinder kits in 117" (for 107 M8 engines) and 124" (for 114 & 117 engines)

128

Running stock heads on the 128 kit at what point would you benefit to go to the xxx header or can the jackpot 212 the best match up for the stock heads? What you have been posting the setup to runon the 124 kit is jackpot 212 streetoutlaw mufflers ac dc intake se throttle body. Does that setup work well with the 128? And how much of a difference would it make running s&s intake and mk45 mufflers withe the jackpot head pipe?

While you can use the standard Jackpot 2/1/2 on the M8 124 kit it really pushes the limitations of this head pipe, with the extra displacement of the M8 128 you will want to run the XXX header. These bigger motors really need the larger head pipe, not just for overall performance; it also affects the smoothness of the engine, running temperatures, etc.

What would be the suggestion for air filters, muffler and on your website it says cam optiins are available?

Would like to see if anyone on these forums has purchased and installed this kit.

I will be bumping my 114 up to either 117 or larger... Been looking at the 128" kit.

I just want to hear some real world feedback on this particular kit. I also only want to do this once... so I would like to step up to the best CNC heads and throttle body that would complement it.

What are the average gains with this kit when done all out with corresponding supporting mods?

I’m also interested in this upgrade. I just bought a 2019 with the 114, and of course the dealers suggests the SE stage IV because it will be under warranty if done within 60 days of purchase. It looks like the 128 upgrade gives me a lot more for the same price. I understand with the Fuel Moto upgrade I would void my warranty, but I don’t like doing anything half fast. I know some of you will get that right away, others may have to think about it. Anyway, any input is welcome.

Fuel Moto M8 128 big bore kit, FM Level A CNC heads, Wood WM8-408 cam, SE ported 64mm TB, AIM SDR clutch, Jackpot XXX head pipe & Hi Roller mufflers, and tuned it with Dynojet Power Vision.

I just spoke with Fuel Moto, and it looks like you have the Fat Boy like I do. They say the Softail has to use the 124 kit due to exhaust size limitations. The 124 build will still give you 135hp, and 140 something torque. Pretty impressive numbers to me.
