The bags do not have part numbers anywhere on them, but their website shows TBU470 as their part number. I hope this helps!

 

I was looking at the pictures on the website...they seem to look like a different product. So the dimensions on that are the same as the website for said part number?

 

This IS the TBU470, which includes the top roll. The only difference is this one does not have the reflective material on the bottom side pockets like the website, purely because I bought them 5 years ago and they weren't doing that at the time. The white stripes were the only thing reflective on them at the time.
