I purchased this helmet the summer of 2016. I then found out a few weeks later that J&M made the communication headsets for these helmets so I sent the zip off ear covers to J&M and they installed the communication parts. I used it that summer on my 10 day trip to Sturgis and that was the majority of the use it's had. The helmet is in very good condition never dropped and always stored in my smoke free home when not in use. There are a few small scratches on the top from being in my tour pack and the luggage rack nuts scratched it. The J&M part also works great and includes the ear speakers microphone and cord to plug into the HD tank console. I called my wife while traveling highway speeds and she said it was clearer than the Bluetooth in my car and listening to the radio sounded good as well. This set up from J&M is over $300 new, the helmet along sells for around $125.
