Yes in both. Icon, I'm not 100% and I'm away from the jacket. Whatever Icon's web site says about it is still accurate.

I wore the Joe Rocket and it has shoulder and elbow armor

Does the HJC helmet have the inner/dual visor? If so, how much?

 

Meaning a sunshade? Yes. Controlled by a button on the top of the helmet.

I don't want to lose money on the shipping of this thing, so $50 + shipping? Just say $75.
