stayed at a place like that down there. except we were on the edge of the mountain. had to park all the bikes together so the wouldn't roll down the hill. the dragon is near there

 

Wish I was not late to this party!! Looking for a trip while our boys are out of town later this month. Cabin looks very nice and judging by the great feedback it's a comfortable place to stay. I'm going to have to look for 2017 dates and make plans!

Moondog, how's The Mistress? I saw on the news this morning that the area between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge it's burning. Hoping everything comes out okay for you and the cabin survives.

 

Chancy hasn't been in here since 1/2015. I sent him an email through VBRO checking on him and his wife's status as well as the cabin. I will let everyone know what I hear back from him.

 

Thanks, I really appreciate that. He's always been a super nice guy every time I've had dealings with him. The wife and I absolutely love the cabin and hope that it makes it out okay. We were looking forward to booking it again next year.
