Hello bikers i'm thinking about a total restoration of my motorcycle till OEM beauty. Basically all depends on the "rarity" of my bike.
I rememb the time when the FXD was not considered a hot bike. Not many bikers wanted it. But i wanted one, also if coloured in a "girly" aqua pearl (that i liked much).

So my question is : Is there a way to discover how many Dyna Super Glide FXD aqua pearl have been sold in Italy in the year 1995 ?

Call the factory. I think they can give you the import numbers but not sure about actual sales.414-343-4056

 

I think you'll spend much more than the bike will ever be worth , it's just not old enough sorry.

 

I think it looks cool with the '75 tank and front fender. I'd leave it like that.

 

As suggested you might call the factory with your vin to see if they can give you the info.

FWIW...there were a total of 105,000 HDs produced for 1995. The cost of of "new" FXD at that time was $9995 (USD).

 

There may be a lot of obsolete parts you may need. They will be hard to find. After market prices will be out the roof. I have an 04 that has obsolete parts already.
