If anyone can give me a bike breakdown of the one in the video that would be a huge help.

Just watch SOA and push pause on your DVR, then you can break it down yourself.

Looks like a couple year old Fat Bob to me. Obviously it has a bunch of blackout options as well as a goofy SOA fairing...

Not from SOA you ignorant kook. SOA made this style much more prevalent in current builds but this style was around way before that stereo typing show.
