Question Is the speedometer a warrenty issue?

My speedometer jumps between modes at random. I set it to remaining fuel and it jumps to total kilometers driven on the bike. I turn it off and when I restart the speedometer reads LO fuel even when it is full. It eventually rights itself after traveling several kilometers.
Is this a warranty issue ?

If it's a new bike, take it back to the dealership. They'll tell you if it is or isn't and may find the problem too. Simple.

If it not working as designed, it should be repaired under warranty.

Before you take it back, disconnect the ground on the battery for a few seconds to reset the ECM.

If your bike is still under warranty, I would think so. If you are wondering if it is or not, why not just ask the dealer where you bought it from and see what they say, simple.
