I'm looking for a starter base map for my street glide. I'm about to install the woods 222 cams. Screaming eagle pro race tuner

 

in all my yrs of reading in here, I only remember a couple who have tried tuning the SERT, I can't remember anyone doing the newer SEpST...

IMO if you just want a base tune, I'd think just a Download would do you a decent job...

The SepST if its like the older SERT (what I have), which has over 2,000 cells to adjust could/would give really bad results in the wrong hands... even to the possibility of really messing up you engine... unless you have tuning knowledge or experience with one..

Its hard enough to find a really good tuner and that's why in IMHO their is no way I'd attempt to do it myself on my bike.

Its a great tuner and I am sold on mine,, but tuning one is one job I'd let the Pro's do om the Dyno if you want good results,, which is why you bought one in the first place.

 

I plan on having the bike dynoed after the cam install to make it run its best. The guy putting in the cams said I needed a base map just so the bike would run good enough to make it to the tuner. Would any of the pre loaded tunes work?
