Are HD helmets made in USA?
Need a new helmet but want a good one hopefully made in our land. I see HJC are made in Vietnam.. I will not buy that brand now. Where are the HD helmets made?

Most of the components in today's Harley motorcycles are made outside of the USA.
HD Clothing, HD jewerly, HD dog bowls, HD toilet paper and even HD books saying how American Harley is are most likely made in China, India or any other third world country that doesn't care about paying wages or damaging the environment.

I don't think any motorcycle helmets are made in the USA. Back in the day, Bell and Simpson maybe.

And a lot cheaper too. I found that out when I got mine. Exact, same helmet from HJC, just without the HD logo.

Not Bell. Not sure where they're made now, but it ain't here. As mentioned I don't think there are any US made helmets.

When it comes to the actual motorcycle it's pretty hard to tell. Some parts, like the Roots horn, we know are made in foreign countries while some parts may have components made in foreign countries and then assembled here. At least one Harley, the Street, is being assembled in foreign countries for foreign markets.
What we do know is that virtually everything else "Harley" (i.e. merchandise) is made overseas.
