Default Factory Videos ?

Does anyone know if there are any on-line factory videos of the York PA plant?

I have done a search but have not found any...

1st video - notice there is no QC (quality control) between the pressing of the crank and putting them in the cases?

2nd video - why is HD making the Street 500/750 in India (assembled in the USA for USA market) using parts sourced all over the world except the USA?

I have heard of some problems related to this, but I'm not sure what they are exactly.

What should they be QC'ing? What problems might result because of this?

The crankshaft is the foundation of the engine.

The crankshaft pinion runout should be checked before & after the parts are assembled in the cases. Before to make sure the crankshaft isn't bad and after to make sure the cases aren't bad.

As far as problems, anything over .003" runout is just asking for problems. HD changed the tolerance from .005" to .012" to avoid fixing all the bad crankshafts eating oil pumps.
