Anyone using Revo or Progressive like this?
Looking to stop my 2011 RGU from bottoming out. Anyone using Revo or Progressives with a total rider weight of about 500 lbs, and how does that work for you?
I talked with Motorcycle Metals about the Ohlins and we can make up a set of Ohlins that will handle it well but it will be a bit more expensive. BTW, if you really want to understand how shocks work call those folks. Howard is a wealth of knowledge and a really nice guy. |
when my wife and i are both on we are at about 500 lbs.
i just put a pair of progressive 412's on yesterday. its perfect. they're adjustable and they come out of the box turned to the 'lowest' setting and i didnt even mess with making them stiffer. they are awesome and jpcycles has em on sale right now for 269. i ordered them and they came the very next day |
