Hello brothers just a heads up about a bad experience at the camp grounds by Luckenback . A Witch (owner) was flying around on her broom and hassled me about where I had temporarily parked my bike .
Long story short she cursed me and kicked my partner and I out with rain clouds and dusk coming on .
We had to go 20 miles to Kerrville in wet road conditions to find another place to camp .
Needless to say i would not recommend anyone camping there .
Anyways ya'll stay safe .

 

We went there once last year, just to say we've been there. Never thought about camping there. But I thought they had cabins.

 

No cabins that I know of . Luckenbach was cool with lots of bikes and good times . The campgound is independent of the Luckenbach town / bar / dancehall . We had fun there .

 

Oh...we were at the "town" area where the post office is and the outhouse looking ATM.

 

we pulled in on bikes one day just to check it out for future camping. we had stopped to look and a woman came out and said the property was for guests only. she made it clear we weren't welcome.

 

I was planning on staying there on my visit last week. A couple of people had mentioned that they were not biker friendly so I changed my plans on where to stay.
