GPS plug question
Wanting to add a gps to the bike. Wondering if there is a connection you can buy that will run from the gps unit to the battery pig tail on my bike. That way you don't have to worry about recharging the unit every night?

You don't say what bike you have, but here is what I did. I went to a marina and bought a water proof power outlet (cig lighter), I had a scrap piece of aluminum 1/8" stock, bent it and cut it to size, drilled a hole for the outlet and 1 for a bolt. I mounted it in the front bolt on my gas tank and wired it to my ignition. This was done on a sportster.

i have a garmin 260 with a usb charger cable.... plug into the back of the unit, plug usb into battery tender usb adapter, which plugs into the battery tender pig tail. wires long enough to run from right side cover up to handlebar mount. usually it's about 50/50 as far as plugged in vs no plug.

So it's possible. Awesome.
Definitely want plug and play. Don't want to splice anything.
