Ridebikegear.com
I would avoid Ridebikegear.com at all costs. I paid over $750 for a set of stretched vivid black bags. They arrived broken and the paint was marred from the substandard packaging, additionally, the interior of the bags were tacky as if the paint never cured or was mixed improperly. I couldn't get a phone number to talk to a live body about the issue and when I finally decided to contest the issue with my credit card, the guy actually had the nerve to email me and call me a "f-ing duo@chbag" because I intimated a dispute with my card. He also insisted that I pay for return shipping on this crap, which would have been a pretty penny. Apparently it was shipped from Canada and they wanted me to pay for shipping to New York, no phone numbers, hid behind the identity of email and lastly, they registered me on a Badbuyer.com web site because I initiated a claim with my credit card. Folks, I have excellent credit, a good reputation with Amazon and ebay, and definitely am pretty easy to please, this guy is a crook.

A word to the wise, before you buy anything expensive on line, do a search for reviews of the company...
It took one simple search to discover that this outfit was one to avoid.

I recently purchased a set of extended bags from ridebikegear.com. The packaging was a bit beat up and the very rear of one of the bags was protruding out the bottom with a small scuff. I ordered them primed but not painted. My painter did a beautiful job on these bags and my speaker lids and all hardware and grommets transferred seamlessly. I know it's a risk, but for 550 bucks shipped I saved a mint. I would not order these bags painted. Go primed. Refuse them at the door if there is an issue. To the OP, I know how you feel. I've been there with nightmare situations with on-line buyers. I took a chance because a buddy of mine had a set and they looked great on his bike. Hope you found a set that you like and that are to your standards.

They are not BBB accredited and have a score of "F" because of other complaints filed. There is no contact info and their website looks cheap. I would never order from a company like this. It's up to the buyer to do their own due diligence prior to conducting business with someone.
