$50 for a long sleeve T? That's some sale.

My guess is its like this only mo money.

If you shop their, which I do the $40 in certificates makes this shirt a steal. However,I just grabbed some from cycle gear for $10 each. They actually work fairly well.

Nope, neckline is like a 'T', I looked everywhere and very familiar with whats online. I got a bargain considering you have to pay shipping for yours.
EDIT: Dri-fit with UV protection and long sleeve, I doubt you paid $10.

It didn't say UV so you are correct, I looked at the cycle gear.com ones too but didn't get them because I wasn't liking the price, $ 50, as they weren't on sale when used was looking. As mine are used under a jacket the UV wasn't as important to me.

Here's the one I got for $10. http://www.cyclegear.com/HEAT-OUT-Ba...-Crew-Neck-Top. Now it's $20 but still a good deal.

Perhaps someone can help me out here. I've been wearing cheap T-shirts my whole life and never gotten any kind of sun burn on those areas the T covered.
What have I been missing ?
When did clothes start needing an spf rating..???

No, I haven't bought a Harley shirt.
Owning a Harley doesn't mean stuck on stupid.
But stupid people can own Harleys and buy 50 dollar t-shirts.

Clothes have a UPF rating, Ultraviolet Protection Factor. It's possible to get skin cancer through clothes even if you aren't sunburned. I know some people that have to wear UPF shirts and cover up all they can and use sunscreen. Fortunately, I seldom even get a sunburn even shirtless, no skin cancer so far either, knock on wood.

We put UPF shirts on the grandkids at the beach and playing out in the sun and/or Sunscreen. They burn easy, though. Down here you see people with more clothes on in the summer than the winter.
