The Way It Should Be.

Yesterday, Sunday, July 27 we decided to stop in at the new Rock n Roll HD in Cleveland on our way home from Mountainfest.

At about 1530 after looking around the new store (and buying a few Tshirts) we got ready to head out. As we went to pull out, one of our party discovered that their rear tire was flat. Wasn't flat when we got there, bike was riding fine said the very experienced owner. Anyway at 1540 Sunday afternoon we were standing at the service desk at a dealer that closes at 1600 looking for some help. The service writer asked us to wait a minute and went into the service area. When he came out 5 minutes later he told us that one of the wrenches had agreed to take care of it before leaving. The service writer then took the owners cell number and directed us (we asked) to a bar across the street. 45 minutes we received the call saying the bike was done

This is the way it should be and I wanted to acknowledge it on this forum.

Rock n Roll HD gets a big thumbs up in our book!

Definitely wish more dealerships were like that. You could be stranded here in Southern California and the dealers here would still make you wait 3 weeks.

Nice tip for the mechanic?

Thanks for posting. So much easier to post complaints. Nice to see one like this.

Props to that wrench for sticking around to help and showing what "service" is all about. World would be a better place if we had more of that kind of mentality in the workforce.

That's good to hear...glad it worked out for your bud. I was at the dealership grand opening for a few hours Saturday (the gf was working motorclothes).

Great time and an awesome looking new dealership.
