Front O2 sensor
Well the O2 plug came out and the threads are messed up and flatten. I haven't checked to see if the threads on the pipe are messed up also. Are they strong enough to not strip like the O2?

The sensor is going to have the weaker threads. You should be ok, if not get a tap and die from harbor freight to fix. Though I doubt you'll need it.

18 mm - 1.50 I had to tap out the threads on a used set of V&H pipes I bought. Easy to do, Just take your time. |
Front O2 sensor
If it is the sensor that's buggered up and it's one of the larger 2 wire sensors, I have 2 extras I aquired with some other parts and can't use. Your welcome to have them if you need them.
Shoot me a message if you need them. Doug |
Using tools from Harbor Freight is just asking for problems.

I suggested harbor freight because it sounded like a one time use for this application. If you regularly do this obviously don't buy harbor freight.
