A good rule of thumb is to only operate a vehicle at 80% of your potential. This leaves you a little margin should the unexpected come-up. If you are driving at 100% of your potential, you are already doing your best under normal circumstances with no remaining capability for error. 116 exceeds most people's 80% margin.

It is when you tell them you rate the pain a 10, with 10 being the worst. The Doctor then pokes or pulls where it hurts and the f@#ker makes the pain even worse. You then learn maybe your original pain was only an 8.
