Exclamation My 2006 Ultra will not fire on rear Cylinder

Had bike serviced (40,000 mile) took it to the coast here in Mississippi ,ran perfect on the way down.. Rode about 120 miles.. On the way back it started cutting out.. Check engine light came on ran bad ,check eng light went off ran perfect , check eng light came back on ran bad.. Back and forth with the eng light.. Got worse and worse.. Finally got to where it only ran on one cylinder for the last 30 miles.. Ran diagnostics through the odometer.. Code P1355 and P1356.. Bought a new HD coil from dealer.. Still no run on rear cylinder... Another forum they said Crank position Sensor so I went to Harley and bought one.. It does fire every once and a while (spits and sputters).. Took a timing light on the wires and rear is erratic it sparks every once in a while.. The front cylinder never misses a beat.. Un-rideable... Need Help !!!!!! I have had lots of comments about fuel and compression... It IS NOT FUEL Or Compression.!!!!. There is almost no spark ( It sparks fine on start up) after it runs for about a min.. It is like it is in Limp Home mode..

Have you checked fuel or compression?

Most of the time when I hear about P1356, it ends up being a hole in the fuel line inside the tank. Check it out.

My 07 did the exact thing last year. It ran on one cylinder wide open for 80 miles getting me home. I'm the worlds worst on electrical issues so the dealer got it. They looked for a short but found none. They final spotted one wire that was very tight that was being pulled by a wire zip tie thing. They cut the tie, disconnected and reconnected everything around it, plus a little rerouting of that wire. Added a new zip tie and it's work perfect ever since. Exactly which wire they did that to I don't know. But I'd check and recheck every connection you can find in there. Cost me $50 but they worked at it for 2 days off and on. So it was money well spent for me. But I admit I was not sure they fixed anything. That's been over a year ago and over 10k miles so I guess they did. Check your wire connections. Especially looking for a tight one.

It is probably the wire going to the rear injector, they are tight (too short) from the factory, though that doesn't count for why the spark is erratic.

1355- rear ignition coil high/shorted. Either a bad coil or the wired going to it is shorting out somewhere. Look for a chafed wire.
