Pig in a poke, most likely a money pit...if it isn't really cheap leave it where it sits.

 

This is a 1964 with factory electric start. My father and I restored it over about a 5 yr period. We've got close to $10,000 in it but we've been offered $35,000 cash money for it. If you restore it right, it will be worth some money.
