Default whats a servicar project like this worth?

35 years sitting in a barn. its a roller in need of restoration. original springer front end, 2 rear ends , wire wheels, all fenders, tank, No TRUNK. ENGINE IS STAMPED 49G , TRANS IS THERE TOO.

I'd say about $1,500. But really can't say for sure just going by one slightly covered picture.

This is a 1964 with factory electric start. My father and I restored it over about a 5 yr period. We've got close to $10,000 in it but we've been offered $35,000 cash money for it. If you restore it right, it will be worth some money.
