Mustang - "Tripper" or "Run Around"
Le Pera - "Bare Bones"
Saddlemen - "Renegade Heels Down"

All of these are pretty lean, just keep in mind when you get "thin" you give up "cush" and some amount of long ride comfort.

FYI the Ultimate Backrest Seat is just very very slightly (almost imperceptibly) higher than the stock seat on my 2015 Fat Boy.

The stock seat is very low.

Le Pera Bare Bones is both low and narrow. You can usually find them used, lots of people find that they want more comfort after riding with one for a while.

The Bare Bones is by far the worst seat I ever sat on. It looks cool as can be but 30 minutes on that thing and you'll feel like you been sitting on a brick. That's my .02 cents

They took my HD reach seat, shaved the nose and lowered it a little more. The memory foam feels great too.
