Default The "Harley" arm hang

Whats up with the clutch side arm hanging straight down to the side when cruising?

I feel a lot of millennials do it these days for the "look"?

I never see that out here except when we wave to one another on the highway. Otherwise, clutch hand on the clutch! That's what it is there for.

Besides, Millennials can't afford Harleys and there is nowhere to park one in Mom and Dad's basement.

Worry about something that matters.

For me it is a change of position to be more comfortable same with the right hand/arm. I guess we all have our hangups.

It took me a couple of decades to quit trying to clutch with the left foot and shift with the left hand. Now I watch my grandson riding his bicycle with his left hand off the hand grip. It's a genetic memory thing from back when there was the foot clutch and hand shift.

Of course it could be that they are holding the gas cap in the left hand getting ready to stop to fill up.

You do it to make some think you have a jockey shift.

I'm not a millennial, but..............................
Sometimes I let go just to give the hand a break. Other times I set the cruise control and let go the right hand for a bit. And sometime I let go both. At the same time.
But that's what us bad a**es do.
It's nice to have options.

Left arm hanging or hand on hip, elbow out, seems natural to me.

I do it just to see how long it takes for someone to post about it.
