Reminds me of the bikes I saw in the 60s...seat level with the gas tank, pipes not as low as the bottom of the frame.

Very cool, made me flash on my first bike a 1969 Triumph scrambler. I had a helluva lot of fun with that bike, although I am glad to be on a Road King these days.

My lower muffler wouldn't be scarred on the bottom with a setup like that. I like higher pipes, have sure messed up enough low ones... With the longer travel suspension, probably rides a lot better, too.

Makes me wonder why the Moco doesn't produce something like this to compete with the adventure bikes.

Sooner or later I'll find a good priced donor Sporty to make my own

My wife has an 883L that works great as a Scrambler when she doesn't know I'm riding it on the gravel roads and horse trails around here

When you don't have a lot of money tied up in a machine you'd be surprised what it'll do.

Seems like a heavy motor to put into an off road capable bike.
