Default Leaky intake seals

using the carb cleaner test, I have an intake leak...with new seals, I've taken it apart and put it back half dozen times and cant get the leak stopped...my throttle body alignment is good, equal spacing front to back/manifold, and I'm alternately torquing the flange bolts, but still it leaks.
Thanks,

Are you lubing every surface the seal touches including the seals themselves? Vaseline or any light grease will work.
