Default Mile... or maybe kilometrestone

I'm coming up on a significant event as a rider. Pardon me for honking my own horn. I'm less than 4000km from 200,000km of total riding on two bikes. I'll certainly have that by the end of the Canadian riding season.

Nice one!! Reaper is at 184,000 kms now. I don't think we'll make it to 200,000 kms this season, but for sure next year!

Cheers!

Cheers!

Congratulations! In honor of this significant event, see if you can get someone else to honk your horn. Even if you have to pay for it.

Damn, I forgot to write down the original date and mileage.

Legally speaking however, I started riding on the street in the early 70's. Since I have always lived in year round riding areas, the number is likely staggering.

I certainly wouldn't say, "It doesn't count," but southern riders would get an asterisk next to their mileage. Some of my rides have snow on the farmers' fields.
