Default I ordered a chinese headlight

Sort of like the old movie called, "I bought a Vampire Motorcycle". Wondering what to expect of this. It looks just like the HD Daymakers with the little snowman. These are fairly new and pretty cheap. This one is the 5 3/4 version for my Dyna. I had a E code Hella lens with 100/80 high watt halogen bulb. Wonder how it's going to compare?

Aftermarket lights are one of my favorite passions. Please keep us updated with feedback.

Once you install, please post a review of the said light. I am thinking of going the same route. Thanks.

I am struggling a little with some 'less expensive' auxiliary passing lights on my 2014 Softail. They were considerably less expensive than others. They were listed as being compatible with my bike, however they are not CanBus compatible. I've had to do a little custom wiring to make them work without throwing a code.

But, I understand the headlight circuit is not as sensitive to these sort of things...

I'm sorry to hear that truckerdave, now you're gonna be banished to wander the south west looking for enlightenment while you have vague memories of people calling you grasshopper. I'm afraid you're only gonna last three seasons :-(
