Default Hesitation after fueling

2007 flhtc hesitates when first fired up after refueling. Only last for a minute or two but can be bad news when leaving the station. Can't images why this would be. It's been like this since day one. Just wondering if there's some fix I don't know about out there.

Sounds like a spark plug or fuel injection problem, but what do I know.

Might need to tweak the tune.

Do a fuel pressure test.

I notice this too. 2009 FLHRC; cams; dyno tuned. Even before the cams and tuning, the motor seemed especially strange directly after fueling up. Almost wants to stall when starting out.

I never looked into it in any detail as it only lasts a minute or so. I believe the ECM goes through a warmup cycle regardless of ending temp, but I'd need to check on that.
