Not good. I am just about to drop several Franklins on new cables with Magnum. May have to rethink and just go with Burly at less than half the cost.

 

Consider yourself lucky if you received a reply from 2 companies within 10 days.

Sturgis starts at the end of June, beginning of July for most companies. I am waiting on email replies from a month ago and don't expect anything until the end of Sept. / early Oct.

Magnum cables is going out of their way to accept the "defective" cable that you deemed good enough to install. Most companies wouldn't accept a return unless it is still new in box.

If I worked at either company, I would be glad to not have to deal with your business.
