Which scissor jack and chock for Harbor Freight table lift?

I know there is a ton of posts on the Harbor Freight table lift and I've read many of them. I did see one table jack that was mentioned, and found a few others. Was wondering if the Black Widow scissor jack is still preferred?

I listed the two favorite chocks from Harbor Freight. I believe the more expensive one was preferred, but most posts I read used the second one. Was wondering if anyone had thoughts on the chocks as well?

I use the second chock. It works great.
I picked up a scissor jack from Ebay. I don't remember the brand.

I have a jack from a Honda (I think).
I picked it up for $5 at the wrecking yard :D does the same thing.

Hey thanks, I'll check out the links later today when I get some down time at work.

I use the second chock bolted to the table. It allows me to put a bike on the table and then get off and strap it down. I have had problems with getting touring bikes out of the chock when taking them off the table. The front tire gets stuck in the narrow front part of the chock.

After I got the Harbor Freight table at the "discounted" coupon price, I got a wheel vise and a scissor jack from Derek Weaver -

- their jack came with frame cradle pieces that made it easy to lift my softail without stressing the shocks.

However, by the time I finished - considering I still had to drill and bolt the vise to the lift table, plus work out assembly and location of the scissor jack - I could have gotten the entire lift table with accessories from Derek Weaver for less money and trouble.

But, it's all working well for me now!

Hope this helps,
John

I spent the extra cash and got a wheeldock chock for mine, my legs are short so it was hard for me to get the bike in and out of the HF chock.

I have the Extreme Max Motorcycle Scissors Jack and use it on the Harbor Freight lift or floor in different manners, mostly to jack the front or the back up separately for cleaning the wheels. I also use for leveling the bike and draining the Gear Box oil since my M/C jack is blocking the drain plug.

The 1800 Lb. Capacity Motorcycle Stand/Wheel Chock I have is bolted to the lift and I also bolt it to my Trailer for hauling the bike.
Both work very well for me.

Hey thanks everyone. Looking at the pictures I've seen the 1800 lbs chock is hanging off forward of the stand. I guess this is to center the bike, or maybe the back wheel access?
