Probably a speedo from a Sportster or maybe a Dyna FXDX.

Risers look like from a Springer..................

If you open the cup up, you might find a part number on the back of the speedo. Probably goes back to the mid 90's or earlier since it's cable driven and not electronic.

You'll need to get the part number as the '93, '94 and '95 Sportster speedometers were all different.

Speedo fro mid 80's through the mid 90's, you'll have to check part numbers for th specific year, but the cable driven thing and the slot for the indicator light is the key.
8" risers could come from several different models or be aftermarket.
Don't worry, you do not have gold,, these parts can be had at swap meets for $20-30 each (risers as a set) IF you can find someone that want's them.
They could set in a parts bucket for years before the right person comes along.
