I called HD to renew my HOG membership today. The woman that answered .. lets just say I asked her twice where she was located. She said Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Anyone Know?

If I find out they are outsourcing , and I will try . I am out. F that I will pay the extra $40. for my insurance.

I don't know for sure, but I would imagine the call center is outsourced. Last time I renewed the person had an "accent" as well.

 

Was the person on the phone named "Peggy" by chance? It is possible the call center is outsourced, it's also possible that it's exactly where they say it is, and that the person who took your call simply has an accent. Here in the MPLS/St.Paul area there are thousands (if not tens of thousands) of IT workers here from all over the world.

 

In WA (at least the wet side were I live) the % of people with accents out number those without (or real close).

Glad my mouth was empty when I go to this one...... loved that commercial.
Not just because it was funny, but because it was sad but so true.

 

Four or five bike trades ago, I called Road America to drop a bike and add another. The woman that answered then and every time since was English speaking.
They are centered in FLA I believe.

I have never called HOG, although I am related to one now...........AVR

 

I really dont give a rats puckered, not interested in any HOG anything.

 

I can't believe anyone admitted they actually renewed a HOG membership.
