Mama Tried 2017
Unseasonable warm day in Wisconsin, rode in to Milwaukee with a friend to see the Mama Tried 2017 show. Lots of interesting bikes and a bunch of vendors.
I'm a rider not a looker, so to my eye there were are a bunch of bikes that were more eye candy than riders. That makes them a lot more interesting than my almost stock RoadKing.
For those near Milwaukee the show is still open tomorrow until 3pm. I would suggest getting there early- the lines by midday looked blocks long and were still there when we left before 5.
I created a youtube video pic album- posted in videos. High res pics of the bikes are available in a facebook album if you want to see a detail.

Went yesterday. Lines much longer than last year. Waited a good hour to get in. Bikes outside were as good as in!
The shovel from speedking was well done and built for riding. There was also a special construction around a new pan from S&S that I really liked. Understated and well done.
I like the show and will continue to attend. Good spread of bikes.

Blew it off...The lines were long enough last year. The lighting in that place sucks, bare incandescent bulbs here and there, glare from the few windows, and a freight elevator that dates back to 1903. I can call my antique riding buddies and see better Flatties, Knucks, Pans, and Shovels that are daily riders.
It was nice the first year or two.
