Default Stumble at 2000 rpm

2008 ULTRA 52,000 MILES. bike has rough idle and a stumble at 2000-2200 rpm. the complete fuel pump assembly , plugs, plug wires were all changed about 1000 miles ago . ran sea foam for the last 3 tanks but no change ! Above 2000 it runs great ! any ideas ? things to check? throttle body is clean and i put oil breather from the air cleaner and put under the bike . fuel injectors , intake leak, fuel management , a sensor? I have always done my own repairs , I do not want to take to dealer but if i cannot figure out what is wrong i will have no choice . any ideas or similar problems ? any help would be great !! THANKS

Is this stumble on neutral as well as under load? Any smell of gas coming from the exhaust? Do you have a fuel management on it? When idling, does it stutter when you open the throttle a bit or is it a smooth transition?

What do your plugs look like? Any codes?
Before you go throwing parts at it check for intake and exhaust leaks.

I am having same symptoms with my 07 Heritage after putting bike up for winter with Seafoam in tank. Will run out tank and see if fresh gas helps before troubleshooting. Curious to know how your problem works out. Good luck.

To check for an intake leak, get the bike warmed up. Spray some throttle body, MAF or carb cleaner at the flange where the intake bolts to the head. Be careful not to spray into the air filter. If you get a change of rpms that means you have a leak.

Default Idle issue resolved today

Today I replaced plugs, mi. on exist. unknown but they didn't look bad, front was a little darker. Replaced batt., inspect and clean conn's and ground. Pulled K&N air cleaner, inspect and clean (wasn't dirty, only 1K mi.)
Clean intake and IAC, check operation, pull TPS conn., clean, inspect and reconnect.
Started right up, sounded great, took a short run around hood (raining too much for a ride) ran great, smooth idle and good power on take off.
Just like a woman, just needed a little hands on attention to purrrrr like a kitten. Or should I say rumbbbbble.
