Yes, it's terrible here. Don't come here. The riding is terrible here, too.

LOL.

I hear ya, if it wasn't for our jobs here and the fact my wife surfs and has to live on the beach, I would be out your way.

Born and raised in So Cal (Whittier) but after getting tired of the overall living conditions the wife and I bought a house and moved to the big island of Hawaii. The year round riding along with the aloha spirit here can't be beat.

Sunny and warm in SoCo...who knew? It's my native state and part of me always misses it but there's also a part that is glad to be gone. Ride safe and enjoy.

But there is that pesky "paradise tax" for Hawaii living.

State tax in Hawaii is little higher then California but well worth it. Still have a deep fondness for So Cal also all my family is there and visit frequently.

I love this time of year when spring is starting to break. The days are sunny, in the 70's and the nights are cool, not cold, and the air feels "fresh" and you can smell jasmine plants. Hard to explain.

Tough to get in ride time with a two-year old kid but looking forward to riding to Lancaster to get more ink next Friday. Hope the weather stays nice that day. No more rain hopefully!!
