Do you want Vrod motor in your bike? 125HP?

It's nice to know that because my 1300cc+ bikes have more cubes than my 1983 Yamaha 750 that I pay double the insurance when they have half the power of said 750.
I don't think the Vrod motor is the answer because they're doing something wrong if it only gets 35mpg, but bring it up to 45 or so then we have a conversation.

My FXDB and Suzuki DR650 cost about 235 a year insurance with extra coverages.
I quoted a fz09 and it alone added almost 600.
Edit: I priced a Yamaha xsr900 which is same motor As fz09 and it was half as much.
It's how the bike is classified. A woman at work has a honda cbr250 and she pays 400 year for that because it's listed as a sport bike.
