Default '01 sportster rear tire clearance issue

Hey everyone, new to the forum
So last fall I laid my bike down on the left side. Long story short I'm putting it back together and I'm having an issue with clearance between the rear tire and frame. I have no clue on why it's close on the right side. If you have any ideas on what to do that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Some bikes are specific as to which side the spacers are on. I would check that first.

Are you POSITIVE it wasn't like that before?

How centered is the tire, in the swingarm? It almost looks like the rear of the frame, or the fender and struts are tweaked.

For the most part I think it was tighter on the right side but I didn't think it was that close
