Man it's been a long winter and it's not over yet (here).

It's one of the best Bike shows around. Lots to see; also a car show & biker swap meet. Just wish I could ride to it. I think its also around his birthday. If you see him, give him a "Happy Birthday!"

Every year I want to go. Every year something comes up and I can't make it. Darn

 

Think Ill swing by tomorrow. Always some beautiful bikes to see.


One of the highlights is looking at the bikes that are built by the high school groups that come from across the country.

It's like the first run of the year but none of us have our bikes.

Say hi if you see me. Goatee, jeans with a chain drive wallet and a black HD shirt. I'll buy you a beer.

 

Donny is one of the coolest Cats in the Industry. Wish we were closer to the event, we would be there.

 

Donny is a nice friendly guy. I don't know him, but I always say hi. He was having a good time this past weekend. His show gets better every year. Lot's of cool custom bikes and the custom cars upstairs add another element.

Next up; The "Defrost your Nutz" run in Hudson, WI. Sat. April 8th (I think).

Then the 52nd Spring Floodrun on Sat. April 15th this year.

It's happening again this weekend. Like last year, studded snow tires might be necessary. St. Paul, Minnesnowta...

 

I think I will go up Sunday as we are getting another blast of winter today in Iowa.
