07 twin cam pops and backfires during acceleration at higher speeds and spits blue flame out of the front pipe , could this be a bad valve or running too lean?

Check for intake and exhaust leaks. Could be tuner related but you didn't say which one you have. Or what other mods, mileage on the bike, etc.

When did this start
What changed , added pipes, headers, changed pipes ect
Flame out front of pipes, please explain in detail where you mean.

Also check to make sure that the battery is fully charged.
If you don't have a meter put a battery charger on it for a while and see if that changes anything.
If not, I probably needs a little TLC from a good tech.
