Sounds like mid controls would be very pricey. The biggest problem is the rear brake, it is out there. Just seen this kit on the HD website, http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...conversion-kit
Looks like it would pull it back an 1" or so.

Or you could change to a reduced reach seat. Good luck on your decision.

I have a wide glide and am only 5'2. I put the reduced forward controls on it and the reduced reach seat and its perfect. Those two changes will make a big difference.

Good price. I would hate to sell mine for that little.

+1 on the HD foot board kit. Brings the controls back a little and gives you something to stand on going over bumps.

If I could only keep "1" of the mods I have done to my bike it would be the footboards. I love em.

I'm not a fan of forwards. Since the price is decent, I'd probably swing for getting mids with highway pegs. Good looking bike if you like the flames.

More forward than normal? Like it was modified for someone tall?

Yes, it looks like it has been adjusted for a taller person.. It can be adjusted some at the master cylinder, to help bring the pedal back towards the rider some... I have adjusted mine to reach it better,, I have a 30 inch inseam.. Also the seat on that bike is putting the rider back some,, My Bare Bones seat moved me back more than a stock seat and the two up one I use on it.A different seat and some adjustment on the brake pedal and you should be good
